A Value to Organizations Worldwide
From educational institutions to Fortune 100 companies, organizations have sent their leaders to this conference because of the immense and in-depth leadership training and development that occurs. We take a whole person approach, an authentic flare that helps people become their best selves at work, driving change and performance wherever they work.
What is a Community Summit?
Each year the Leadership Forum Community comes together to learn, share ideas, and make connections. During this event we take the time to step back from our daily work and focus on leadership and how we show up in this world as leaders.
In its online version, we use the four weeks leading up to the Community Summit to have weekly Incubating Leadership Conversations where concepts around the Summit theme for the year are introduced. This culminates in a two-day online event where we gather to spend focused time around learning, discussion, and making plans to take what we have learned back to our organizations and communities. Some people are moved to act individually, and others make connections to form teams that work together. These teams are called Leadership Labs as they go off to research problems, experiment to create solutions to share with the rest of the community.
From high schoolers with a passion to lead, to elders who continue to lead, from corporate executives to entrepreneurs, societal leaders, and educators, we welcome all who have a passion to lead. The Community Summit is impartial to what you do. We believe everyone is a leader. Come and unleash your leadership potential, no matter what you do for a living.
Why is it different?
We engage in genuine dialogue on the topics of leadership through a mixture of talks, experiential activities, and discussions. The Leadership Forum Community is not your traditional leadership training. It is based on a Community where everyone is a learner and everyone is valued. At the Summit you will not walk away with a bunch of lecture notes that you will never look at again. You will come away with new concepts and reflections about yourself and your ability to lead that you can put into practice. You will also walk away with a great supporting community that you can stay in touch with and draw upon for years to come.
