The Leadership Forum Community (LFC) acknowledges that one of our most pressing leadership challenges is understanding racism and how it exists and impacts our organizations, communities, and the fabric of a civil society.
In recognition of Black History Month, our February 22nd learning session was brought to you by the LFC Unlearning Racism Lab in partnership with Polarity Partnerships. In this session we embraced the LFC values of diversity and inclusion and sought to advance our leadership journeys through reflection, dialogue, and an exploration into Polarities as we expand conscious leadership to better lead and serve in our organizations and communities.
