Culture is all around us.
Life in an organization is no different.

The culture of an organization defines ‘who’ the organization is, internally and externally. What do the current mission and values statements say? Who do we think we are? How do we work together? Who are we really? Who do others think we are?

In this session, Anne Hunnex described the significant impacts of culture on any type of organization. As leaders, we have the most influence and responsibility for creating intentional culture change to make our workplaces more productive and humane.

Anne has spent her career building Project Management teams and PMOs in major financial, insurance, and manufacturing organizations. She managed teams of 40 project managers, portfolios of $250M and led executives through strategic IT portfolio planning. In retirement, Anne has been one of the founding officers of the Leadership Forum Community, Inc. Anne gains energy from working with leaders who have the vision to make change happen. Her passion is to incorporate basic human needs into future focused conscious leadership and sustainable organizational cultures.
