I See You

In an era where being seen and heard is more challenging, the I See You tool creates an opportunity to engaged in courageous dialog and truly connect.

​The courageous dialogue approach involves listening, storytelling, perspective taking, and co-creation. It can be used in communities and organizations to cultivate more authentic and collaborative cultures. This tool was first introduced to our community in January. This session is an opportunity to experience and learn more about this tool that is becoming more and more relevant in any environment.
