The discussion was be moderated by Anne Hunnex, and featured three thoughtful panelists: Poyee Chiu, Mark DeFee, and Sherry Walsh. This session provided the foundations of how we all form biases and how they can become a limiting force in our culture. When we consider gender bias, we realize how women are seen through a biased lens that limits their potential and their leadership opportunities. After learning the basics of bias, we heard from a panel of professionals on how they have observed or experienced gender bias. This session was presented by the Women In Leadership Lab that started after the 2021 LFC Summit.
