Following the 2020 Leadership Forum Community Summit, a Leadership Lab team was established to address the challenge of Leadership through COVID-19. The exploration included interviewing over 100 leaders that spanned multiple industries, generations, and geographies to learn what it took to lead this year. This event will share trends and insights from those interviews.
  • Participants will learn what approaches, mindsets and behaviors worked for leaders in 2020, and get tips on how to move forward in the year to come.
  • We’ll also bring to life many of the rich findings from the leaders’ through their shared stories, visual framing, and a narrative of core themes.
This session is ideal for any leader or any professional who is working with leaders, including coaches, consultants, HR,  and learning and development experts.

Additional Resources are available related to this Incubating Leadership Conversation through this link to Participate.  They include a whitepaper, annotated slides, participant reflections from chat, and a audio recording of the 12/9/2020 session.

Considering opposing perspectives is vital, especially in a situation where both the perspectives seem logical, it almost is like a game that cannot be won. In short, leadership demands are of an unprecedented nature.

Leadership now is more important than ever, and you don't need a fancy job or title to lead during the COVID-19 pandemic. I’m so thankful for your helpful post!
