who inspire meaningful change by turning insights into action.
What does Incubating Leadership look like?
1) Enhancing your personal leadership journey. Based on the belief that everyone has leadership potential, we are devoted to personal development through learning experiences, coaching, and rejuvenation.
2) Expanding your leadership learning network by providing an intentional network of professionals who are willing to share and nurture expertise in leadership. Leaders from all levels, generations, and across the sectors of corporate, educational, and societal leadership bring their challenges and ideas to develop actionable solutions.
3) Contributing to meaningful change across the corporate, educational and societal sectors through community collaboration; producing and sharing work products that will impact how we lead, share knowledge and work in our world.
2020 Leadership Forum Summit Calendar
In our 102nd year of convening as a group, we are moving to an online format. Although the reasons for this are health concerns, we recognize that this presents an opportunity to open our sessions to a broader audience. This also allows us to schedule a dynamic group of provocateurs who will be leading Incubating Leadership Conversations throughout May and June, with the culmination at our 2-day event on July 8 and 9.
Incubating Leadership Conversations are not your normal webinars. They are interactive working sessions, so come prepared to learn, share, question, problem solve, and meet new people. Once you register for the Summit, you will receive login information for all the Incubating Leadership Conversations. Before July 8th, you will be invited to select which sector group you would like to join. Although we would like everyone to have the full experience by attending all Incubating Leadership Conversations, we recognize that this might not be possible. Please do not feel that if you miss a session you can’t continue to attend all the remaining sessions.

Crises test people, organizations, and systems and often find us wanting. Even as each crisis is unique, crises have repeating patterns and offer crisp lessons that we can absorb. You may want to consider becoming a member of our community to support our mission
The Leadership Forum Community is a tax-exempt, 501(c)3 organization, organized for the purpose of education. We are only able to continue our work through the generous donations of the members and friends of the community. We rely on donations to cover our annual operating expenses. In addition we have an all-volunteer staff and board who are dedicated to our mission. Donations are tax deductible and can be made as a General Donation to the operating fund to further the activities of the organization, or to the Leadership Forum Community Scholarship Fund . Donations may be made by individuals or organizations and are deeply appreciated.
What sets the LFC Summit apart from other conferences?
The LFC provides a unique opportunity for leaders to pause and unplug from their fast-paced world. This year we will be holding our Summit in an online format due to health and travel concerns. As before, we are intentionally curating a unique group of provocateurs who will engage us in meaningful conversations about our own personal learning and development, deepen our connections and networks through dialogue, and help us create workable solutions to our personal and world issues.
We invite you to INCUBATE your IDEAS into ACTION with the LFC. Above and beyond the important talking and listening that occurs at the Summit, we pivot from DIALOGUE to MAKING MEANINGFUL CHANGE by challenging every member of our community to join a sector group in which you continue the work of the LFC Summit throughout the year. Our vision is for each sector group to provide progress updates throughout the year and then reconvene at the 103rd LFC Summit with workable solutions, assets, and tools that move the LFC’s efforts forward in addressing some of your personal as well as the world's current leadership challenges.
We want YOU to virtually show up and join us at this year’s Summit. We welcome EVERYONE to bring your ideas and your challenges to experience a new leadership SUMMIT.
